Eduardo Arroyo (* February 26, 1937 in Madrid; † October 14, 2018 in Madrid) was a Spanish painter, sculptor and graphic artist. He also worked as a journalist, writer, stage designer and costume designer.

Stylistically, Arroyo's mostly ironic, colorful works are at the intersection between the Nouvelle Figuration or Figuration narrative and Pop Art movements. Characteristic of his depictions is the general absence of spatial depth and the flattening of perspective.
